In response to Covid-19, Suryaside Yoga & Wellness must unfortunately close its doors for the time being. But we can still practice together! We are excited to offer virtual live stream classes. Class spots are just one per household which means Suryaside families with more then one membership can freeze one membership and still enjoy yoga together! Please find our new online schedule and information below.
VIRTUAL CLASS SCHEDULE
Weekdays at 7am, 12 noon and 6pm
Weekends at 8:30am and 12 noon

Please register for class at least 30 minutes prior to the class start time. You will receive an email with a link to class 30 minutes prior. If you have not received the email, please check your spam box. The subject will include the Class Name and Teacher Name. If you do not receive it, please email to resend. Emails will also include special instructions if applicable.
MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR VIRTUAL CLASS!
- Set up your space with minimal distractions. Light a candle!
- Look around the house for things you can use instead of blocks. Have a chair nearby or a thick book.
- Use couch cushions and pillows instead of a bolster.
- Enjoy your sivasana! Dim the lights if possible. Use a towel or tee shirt instead of an eye pillow. Or try filling a clean sock with beans or seeds to make one!
